Case Study B 8/2 training

Swings 16kg rep 10, 100 V=3520# PR vol
high pulls 8kg 5/5, 100 V= 1760# PR vol
burpee rep 5, 50 base line haven't done these in a while
clean and press 8kg 4/4,40/40 V=1408# PR intensity +1 rep, vol the last 2 rounds she had to do 2/2 test and 2/2

total V=6688# plus bw burpees
