15 min 24k Bent Press PR intensity upped reps per set

30 min circuit 5 rounds
Rows 16kg PR intensity
Band Presses gr band base line
burpee w/ pu PR intensity
Swings 28kg PR movement/ intensity grip much stronger
Suitcase Dl 24k + 28kg PR movement grip much stronger w/ 28k
