5/21 Training

Regular barbell dead lifting today

double over hand better PR intensity
22 doh pulls in just over 5 min then I switched to over under for the last 4 min total of 37 reps

PR intensity,density big pr w/ the doh grip the last time I even tired this (1/2010) 135# was really hard to hang on to. More reps per set today. Very happy with this session.
