Case study A Saturday session

A's Saturday session was in my gym.

I have more control/ supervision here for sure. He is on the right track just needs to be a bit more sensitive to the elements of effort. That will come the more he practices biofeedback.

Pr movement looked easier and smoother

reps 37 reps, V= 3256# (just taught this move to him Tuesday)
pr in weight, reps, volume, and density up from 5/6
pr movement (still learning but looked better than Tuesday)
