Case Studies A & B

Case study A is a 29 yr old male who has lost 15 lbs FAT and is now ready to start building mass.


Case study B is a 29 yr old female. A busy mother, wife and nurse ready to lose body fat and build muscle.

We will be using the Gym Movement protocol. We will test the big gym movements and life movements.

Hip Hinge movement

Life Movements
walking
running
jumping
falling
primal movements
playing like a kid

They will be training with me 2 x week and 1 to 2 x a week on their own.
